Birds and Flowers at Coyote Hills Regional Park [2006.03.31] Today I went to Coyote Hills Regional Park in Fremont again, and was rewarded by various birds showing their flying skills...and wild flowers are also in their blossom too  Eagle Hunt at Brushy Peak [2006.03.11] Hilly area around Livermore is reported to be a good place to see Golden Eagles. Even right now is not the best season, two of my friends and I decided to explore the Brushy Peak in the area in this Saturday afternoon  Afternoon at Coyote Hills Regional Park [2006.03.07] When clouds broke up and blue sky shown up this afternoon, I took a break from work and went to my favorite birding park - Coyote Hills Regional Park in Fremont  Joseph D. Grant County Park in San Jose, while we saw lots of different kinds of birds, we mainly got a few good shots of Western Blue Bird  Hayward Regional Shoreline Visit [2006.02.14] To explore more bird's habitats along the San Francisco Bay, I visited Hayward Regional Shoreline today  Black-Crowned Night Heron at Palo Alto Baylands [2006.02.09] Today I went to Palo Alto Baylands before work to check out bird activities over there  Monarch Butterfly in Santa Cruz [2006.02.04] Today I went to Santa Cruz with some friend met on Internet. Our mission was to find Monarch Butterflies, but we were rewarded more  Clapper Rail Watch [2006.01.29] With highest tide during the whole winter, Clapper Rails would be easily seen on marsh lands, so there we go  Afternoon in San Jose Downtown [2006.01.24] I spent a hour or so in San Jose downtown to try out the two tilt and shift lenses  |
